The Dr. Giovanni Di Piazza Medical Laboratory is just behind Piazza Politeama, near Piazza Luigi Sturzo, in Via Benedetto Gravina 76 at the corner of Via Michele Amari 41 (in the portion of via Michele Amari that is closed to traffic).
