Home Sample Collection

Mondays through Fridays, the Dr. Giovanni Di Piazza Medical Testing Laboratory offers a home sample collection service carried out by trained personnel. To schedule an appointment, fill in the form present in every page of the website or call +39091589477 during the center’s opening hours at least 24 hours before your desired appointment time. When making an appointment, you will be required to submit the patient’s full name, address, and a phone number.

You will be able to schedule an appointment in the following time slots:             

07:00 am – 08:00 am
08:00 am – 09:00 am
09:00 am – 10:00 am

Personnel carrying out the test will also be in charge of picking up containers with other biological samples. For information regarding result delivery and whether you need to pay a fee, please call the morning of the test after 11.30 am.

The home sample collection service costs 12€. Two tests carried out in the same home cost 16€.  For daily blood glucose profiles, the cost is of 30€ for all three samples.
